President Obama finally addressed the nation regarding the shooting at San Bernardino County, California that happened four days ago.

Presidents of the United States traditionally broadcast speeches from the Oval Office to address the American people in times of national disasters.

And the incident at San Bernardino was indeed a national disaster, one which would have been a bigger tragedy and a political black eye if the perpetrators weren't neutralized before they were able to use their destructive home made bombs and the thousands of rounds of ammunition still in their possession.
