The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and Bike Index (a non-profit bike registry website) have join hands to help people register and recover lost and stolen bicycles in the Los Angeles area.
Bicycle owners in the LA area can register their bicycles or search for their lost bicycles on the LAPD Bike Registration Portal -- bikeindex.org/lapd/
